Key Responsibilities

• Support for local dispatch and direct operation in Hawaii, USA

• Customer service and store management

• Sales, cost control, and inventory management

• Sandwich preparation and beverage making

• Manage and drive improvements in sales, customer satisfaction, and service quality for direct-operated stores in Japan

Qualifications

• Eligible to work both domestically and overseas

• Fluent in English

• Interested in developing a career in the F&B or franchise management industry

• Passionate about sandwiches and enjoy eating them

• Demonstrates exceptional customer service with a friendly and proactive attitude

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills
